I'm stoked and I can't wait for my road test. Just no idea where i'm going to work!! I'm 21 years old live in New York and want to drive OTR home time is not all that important at all. Just need to be home a weekend in August! Decent pay is key 800-1000 a week is something I would be happy with. But really don't matter to me. Right now I have pre hires from Prime,Trans Am,Swift and Melton. I had my mind set to Melton but we had a flatbed lab at school and decided flatbed wont be for me so now i'm lost were i'm going to work. Prime is my new top choice but they want me to do 40000 miles of team driving for training and not really a big fan of that! So any help and suggestions would be great! Thanks

Well since Melton is out for you, Prime would probably be the next best choice. 40,000 miles is doable in like 2 months. Also Prime has some pretty good training from what ive seen and heard anyways.

    Don't go with Trans Scam

And 40000 team miles would be no more than 2 1/2 months. You should be able to get close to 20000/month teaming, but prime trucks are slow as hell so I'll add in the extra 1/2 month just in case

I don't blame you for being less than crazy for the 40,000 miles of trading time but it really does give you a lot of one on one time with an experienced driver.
