So I'm local running on paper. Was reading around and got to the back. I didn't quite understand do to the wording. So, I'm here....haha.

anyways, so you tear out that week from before the original copy, and give it to your employer. Start a new week, and now there's just yellow duplicates from left.

Million dollar question. How long do you have to keep the yellow duplicates in for?

You need to have 8 days (7 days + current day). That's it.

So, you can have the last 7 day yellow duplicates and the current day you're working on. Legal.

    Did that answer your question?

True you only need the previous 7 days plus today but a torn up book may raise some questions if you get inspected.
They can't ticket you for it but they may find other things to get you on.....just saying..
