So I'm local running on paper. Was reading around and got to the back. I didn't quite understand do to the wording. So, I'm here....haha.
anyways, so you tear out that week from before the original copy, and give it to your employer. Start a new week, and now there's just yellow duplicates from left.
Million dollar question. How long do you have to keep the yellow duplicates in for?

If it is not loose leaf logs just leave the yellow copies in it.....You tear them out and Mr DOT my get suspicious!
RogerThat72 Thanks this. -
You need to have 8 days (7 days + current day). That's it.
So, you can have the last 7 day yellow duplicates and the current day you're working on. Legal.
Did that answer your question? -
Does'nt your employer want your log sheet at the end of each day when you hand in your paper work?Thats how its always been with me with local companies.
-
Thank you. This log is not tear away on the duplicates. I'll agree with the dot statement as well lol. Appreciate it. -
-
That makes it nice.

True you only need the previous 7 days plus today but a torn up book may raise some questions if you get inspected.
They can't ticket you for it but they may find other things to get you on.....just saying.. -
My loose leaf log book has many torn up yellow sheets.

take the staples out and walla, loose leaf log book!
