Yes, if it is open, there are no exceptions that I know of. Most will say trucks, or commercial vehicles.

Yes, unless it is really a transformer and will transform into a pick up truck or a car of some sort before you get the scale sign/scale camera.

If you have the pre-pass, then just follow that like you normally would. Green=bypass (regardless of what the signs say) red=you better pull your bobtail in.
*Disclaimer= I know that certain states requires certain loads to pull in anyway, but the OP was asking about being bobtail, therefore, those restrictions do not apply. -
Wrong answer! ALL commercial vehicles with a DOT # are required to enter (unless like others posted a prepass is in use)
