Went to a four week school. Already had my permit but failed driving test 3 times. In the 30 day hold pattern. Are there any companies that will hire and pay a permit holder while training? I have experience driving up armored tractor trailers in the military as well as heavy tracked vehicles. The last time a failed it was because I could not safely make a left turn without hitting a vehicle or the curb. State examiner said I should have tried.

There's some companies that will be very happy to hire you. Probably won't have to go through their full training program either, just orientation and hit the road.
Here's a few to check out & make comparisons:

    Midwest-coast Transport - coast-to-coast reefers. Several terminals; Ft. Worth/Boise, ID/Auburndale, FL/ & other places.

    CTL Transportation - hazmat/tankers

Maverick Transportation - flatbeds & reefers

Earl Henderson Trucking - reefers mostly East of the Rocky Mountains. Pull lots of Prime Inc. freight & Prime Inc. trailers.

    Knight Transportation - reefers/dry vans
