    Hey guys,

    I'm back to square one with job hunting. I went to training with a previous company, however I was informed that my driving performance during training does not meet their company standards, however they are willing to re-hire me once I have 6 months experience, or 60k miles, whichever comes first.

    What would be a recommended reason to put when a job application asks "Reason for leaving?"

    Thanks, in all honesty, the company treated me real well during training. They noticed where I was lacking in my driving skills and were more than willing to work with me. The lead training advised me of the recommended next steps to take and had informed me that they will leave the door open for me if I would like to apply again.

    I know that jumping from company to company won't look good on my work history, so I just wanted to make sure I had decent reason for leaving.

    I found writing "Loss prevention coordinator was a dick" is probably not a good thing to put.

    in my experience going back to a company you used to work for NEVER works out. all the reasons you left for, come back sooner or later.

    your post kinda doesnt make sense tho....you went to train for them but then after that they told you you didnt meet requirements ??

    What did you lack during training,was it your shifting,turning backing staying in your lane or all of the above.You'll have to go thru training again you do know that don't you?Just be honest on the application believe it or not companies respect that.Tell them you need more training and company let me go before training was over.I'm asking for a chance to prove to you I am an excellent driver and I just need alittle extra training is all.

    I'd put down
    "No work available"

    ....they technically didn't offer any to you but you can still bait and switch that they weren't able to keep you busy.

    You didn't ram a ferring on a high dropped trl or serving did you? Cause it sure sounds like it.
