roadtex orientation on Monday

I been looking on the thread for information and don't seem to see anything. I have orientation on moday 4-27-15 its local to my house in New Jersey. I have my CDL A with only 25 hours of training through a driving school that i learned how to drive, maneuver, dock, and hook up trailer pretty quickly. I been in the towing industry for about 7 years, and im really eager to get on the road. I think for a new driver with not much experience, and been told by DMV instructor, and the owner and trainer at school with no experience learned pretty quickly, and is a natural. I take that as im pretty qood. But anyway i have orientation on 4-27-15 with roadtex in New Jersey. Its Monday to Friday 9-6 its local so i can go home after im done everyday until finished Friday then go on the road with them for 3 weeks. The only thing im concerned about is tons of companies i looked into had paid orientation and most were in p.a. wich i dont mind. But roadtex has me paying for orientation for the for 5 days at $150 then when im with my trainer its $400 a week while im out there with trainer, which is not bad but could be better. I'll take anything to get experience. But they said i can pay half at $75 and the remaining will come out of my first check wich is good cuz my situation i can't afford to pay to much as i don't make enough as it is. Other companies won't hire me cuz i dont have the required hours of 160 hours of driving school. I dont have that kind of money for the hours but roadtex is taking me in with the little experience i have, any information on this company or thoughts of paying the for the orientation. Thanks I will check into it. And thats what i dont understand is why i have to pay to go to orientation. And if they decide not to hire me i will lose out on that money. There is something telling me not to go and wait it out and keep applying until i find something. Someone also told me that once im hired at roadtex they will deduct all the training and costs of the orientation and being on the road from my pay if thats the case im not going to do that. I rather wait and get something thats worth it.

 

Thanks for the advice any would be helpful. But they are giving me a chance and i just need 3-6 months experience and i can go somewhere else.
