Ok, new question about passing the time when behind the wheel.
Is it just music, news, and sports; or does anyone do audio books or has anyone tried something like Rosetta Stone to learn a language?
Any good apps or satellite radio stations for this?
If you are a team, how do you decide on this?

Satellite radio is nice to have.
I wouldn't call it entertainment though. You have more than enough to do without being 'entertained'.Lepton1 Thanks this. -
Sirius satellite radio. A yearly subscription to Audible for audio books. Thought about Rosetta Stone, but half of the program is interactive and some on the web. I dont do it behind the wheel.
How do you decide in a team? In our truck the current driver has control. He wants to listen to British FIFA scores? Then I go to bed or go find something else to do. -
Just something to keep the mind engaged.
As far as I can understand, a team is when you have to second body in the cab. -
D33RHUNT3R Thanks this.

Playing the group Queen " WE WILL ROCK YOU " at Max Volume over the stereo is a good way to let your other TEAM driver know its about time to get up and get ready
tsavory and CargoWahgo Thank this. -
Personally I just give the brakes a nice sharp nudge. Or throw an empty water bottle at him. Lol.
Lonesome Thanks this. -
Some co-drivers, one can be tempted to throw an anvil. -

I download podcasts off of iTunes, most are free. Some of my favorites (in no particular order): RadioLab, This American Life, Hardcore History, Common Sense, Love + Radio, Invisabilia.
