2 Job Offers! Please tell me what to do!

Some of you have followed my struggle and now it is almost over (the getting into school part) I have two job offers that came today. One: work for Maverick in the SPECIALIZED division doing the glass thing. Two: work for Schneider in there TANKER division. The pay (form what they say) is about the same. I need to let them know ASAP what the deal is.

Can some of you PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give me wisdom on this. Out of the two what one should I do. So everyone know Schneider is a 18 month commitment. Maverick is a 6 month commitment. I wait for an answer from all you folks that know what you are doing.

Hey Crazy, When I said I need help from experienced driver I was not referring to not wanting to talk to you. I wrote that then thought you might take that the wrong way. It was no intended wrong at all. I just want some that have an opinion on this to chime in. I wanted to make sure that was clear between you and I.
