| I had a prehire from Swift while I was in school, and heard back twice from them. The first call on a Thursday afternoon, they wanted me in Denver on Monday. I told them I had family and finance stuff to work out first and could go the following Monday. They called back 2 weeks later saying they were going to get me in training. Its been over a month now. I left messages with them to no avail. I've written them off. Maybe they did me a favor. But I still need a job. Hope you have better luck. |

| I'm still not sure how their system works, but Iheard 2 more weeks at the most. |

I don't have any points on license or dui's ..no felonys or anything...I jsut finished driving school with a 92.5 GPA did great ..i have been out of work for a yr but i have been in college for 6 months and a month of trucking school...i was working under the table the whole time....i also went and got my passport started today cuz i know i will be going to canada with or without Maverick...i'm still waiting on them but god this is driving me crazy and i do not want to commit to a company and then pull out justs for Maverick when its not for sure..all they tell me is i'm in the hiring process ...hell i even asked if i'm not a good canadate for hire plz tell me and she said again...No ur in hiring process plz wait for call lol |

| I'm interested in maverick also. I'm trying to get my class a on my own but I'm having a heck of a time getting it. I called them last week about their school and the recruiter said there was about a six month wait. But she said if I were to get it myself that It would be 1 or 2 months roughly. |

| Hell i got my Cdl A and went thru 160hrs of training and i can't even get in or a answer....lol This is what your in for trying to get into maverick...They have nice pay but from what they are doing to me (putting me thru)..i wouldn't recommend them ..they have lied and i have caught them in this ..atleast the recuiters not one but 3 different ones.. I know 2 drivers that are even talking to their recuiters to find out what is up ...I don't expect them to get anywhere but it would be nice to get a reason or atleast ---> Sorry Sir your application has been denied...i would say thanks for the effort but all i'm getting is excuses and delay tactics... I really wanted to go with them and still do but i got into this to start a new career and i cut myself short by telling 4 other companys (which i didn't want) that i was declining their offers and said thanks for the help..have a nice day! Now i have this one company CFI which I like also , I just wanted Flatbed,So i know what i must do and i will go with my gut feeling on this,, I haven't even started with Maverick and they are already pulling this stuff,Makes me wonder what will happening when I'm working for them...makes me think twice...company may be the greatest but their recuiters are scandlious! this is a fact!
