Is there a decent trucking company, that offers some training and doesn't service nyc?

Crazy question, maybe. But Is there a decent trucking company, that offers some entry level training to people who already have class a cdls, but still need a little training, and doesn't service nyc, or california?

The pay doesn't have to be fabulous, so long as a company driver can make a living without constantly breaking the law.

NYC is really the only place I'm worried about, but California gives me the shivers. I like the governor, but the rest of them, well....

I.m in Texas, and Maverick flatbed division sounds great, but I'm unsure if they go to nyc.

Just curious.
