| HELP! Wife with a husband wanting to team. My husband and I have been discussing team driving. However, I have apprehensions about leaving my home and going on the road. I have concerns/fears about the life style; living out of a truck sleeper, spending10-11 hours driving while he sleeps, meeting deadlines, not being able to eat properly and the list just seems to go on. What kind of advice or reassurance can you all give me? Thanks in advance for your help. |

| The best advice I can give you is don't do it if you don't want to. I teamed with an ex-girlfriend of mine while we were dating and it was detrimental to our relationship. Spending all that time together isn't good, regardless of how long you've been together. I'll never team again, with a guy or a gal. The only way I might consider it is if the truck had a super sleeper on it. Even then, I doubt I'd do it. It's hard to sleep while the truck's moving.

| Thanks I do appreciate your help Thanks you two, I really do appreciate your input but in this case my relationship with this young man is not my problem. I've been with him for over 32 years. What I'm looking for is some insight into how the women that team with their men cope to this lifestyle. I would appreciate any help anyone can share. Thanks again. |
