HOS?

hey folks i hope i am posting on the right tread here, but to my understanding the FMCSA and the ATA and supposd to be making a dission some time this month, Nov, does anyone no when this is supposed to take place? im in school right now, and just got done learning about the HOS, and the 34-restart, so im sure if things change we can expect to take that course over again to get the latest info, well, anything would be good,

There was an article posted by Cybergal just recently about this stating that it will be the end of Dec. before any ruling is made. I'm pretty sure it's under the "Trucking News" forum.

hey scarecrow i just got done readint that. ok well i guess for now im not going to worry to much about it, but by then ill be out of the class and out on the range, so if it changes, we'll just have to head to the class room for like a day or 2, no big deal
