Criminal Record I have a 15 yr old felony for assault w/ intent to rob. Got caught up in a bar fight over a pool game and the dude got hurt. I also caught a misdemeanor in 02/2007. I was a manager of a store . Gave someone a refund without a receipt. Company wanted me to repay . I said no and they charged me. Just finished school and got my CDL. I think we'd need more information to give any good advice. There are some companies that will hire you with a felony depending on what it is. So I can't really tell you what I think you should do. If you'd rather not tell the world that's ok and all anyone could say is keep trying. Also you haven't told us why you can't find work. Maybe it's how you're going about it or who you're going to. We really need more info to help.
