| Well at least I'm not the only one that has difficulty reading a rambling, borderline illiterate, incoherent rant. Last edited by MXH; 12.09.2007 at 05.38 PM. |

![]() To the original poster here. You can do whats called SAP a drug program and many companies will hire you on grounds you take a drug test at your expense whenever they ask you to! So this means no scripts etc that are not legal! So there is light at the end of the tunnel, just be honest in what happened and do the drug program. It may suck since you are not an addict, however you must do it & maybe you won't ever be an addict

| My problem isnt with his spelling or grammer lord knows mine is horrid enugh. Its with his drug use Im willing to bet next weeks pay that it wasnt a one time deal like he tries to play off. And the only acident is that he got caught. You can see how he down plays it by compairing the drug to "Coffee"... Big sign of an addict right there. It's not that big of a deal... everyone dose it...

| How can anyone even think about doing ..... any kind of drug what-so-ever if their a truck driver or if they just graduated from trucking school. I'm sure they mention in school about alcohol and drug use. That's besides the point !! How idiotic can a person be to even think about using in the first place? Especially a truck driver. It's unbelievable that there are people out there who think they can out-do the system and fool everybody while at the same time risking their own lives, their family's lives, and the public's lives. How would you like it if a truck plowed into a family member and the driver " beat the system" when they took the drug test. Who are they really hurting? They are hurting everybody !! Anyone that thinks they are better than the system in the trucking industry should never be allowed behind the wheel of any type of vehicle what-so-ever. Let them do their drugs and find another line of work. |

| I have written my story honestly and told exactly how and why I am in this situation that was created only by self-inflicted causes. Sometimes after reading a post that would have seemed as if the writer either ignored or did not understand what I had clearly described prior, I would write the poster and explain it all over again. I do apologize to THOSE who think that I am "rambling", "incoherant rant", [nice try at spelling those BIG words "MXH", its actually spelled--incoherEnt, gee go figure why you could not understand? ], and "borderline illiterate". This is your opinion and I thank you for posting. I have made a terrible error and I am on my way to seeking to correct it. I was merely trying to find out if the technicality of actually being employed would be my way to speeding up the hiring process, as I WILL be employed eventually. I am the only person to blame for MY mistake and I am the only person who is going to pull myself up and right my wrongs. I am not just looking for the "easy way out", I am only trying to be as efficient as I can. I understand that I am an easy target for people to ridicule me, as I have made such a FOOLISH mistake, but I DO accept this fact and I'm trying to connect with someone who maybe has been in my situation and might have some useful information. Belive me when I say..... nobody can be as disappointed at me than myself. If anything at all, this thread could be informative for a new driver of what NOT to do after driver-school graduation.
