| Hmm.. Hi there, Every company is different, and they all have their own drug/alcohol charge policies. I know for the company I drive with and the program I used (Driver Solutions/USA Truck) that any drug or alcohol related offenses had to be at least 5 years old and not a felony. Not sure if this is the industry standard though? Good luck! |
