Schooling grant
I read somewhere in here earlier about a grant that is available to certain people for trucking school. Does anyone know the name of it and how you apply for it?

check with in your state. I believe if you draw un-employment you can qualify for a grant of some type or a veteran.

Here in GA we have a Pale and Hope grant which is lottery funded. Will pay 100% plus pay you what ever you dont spend on books back at the end of the quarter.

A Pell Grant is a federal grant and is need based, but most middle class incomes will qualify.

if you go through your states unemployment office you may qualify for a WIA grant or the PRC program.

Unemployment is helping me with a federal program that pays $3500 and I pay the balance. It required me to do research in my past field to show why I couldnt get work in that field this time of year. I should start school on Dec 17th if theres enough people for the class. I wouldnt mind if there isnt enough more hands on for me. I wish there was a sage school near bye the have 1 on 1 training.
