Getting a grant for driving school is not the easiest but there are programs out there. One that comes to mind is WIA or workforce investment act. They will pay for job training but it all goes by income and the need for a job. Hope this helps and good luck !

If you have no luck in obtaining a grant, you may want to consider a student loan thru SALLIEMAE, which can be applioed for on line. It is a federal student loan, at a short interest rate, and payment can be deferred up to six months past the completion of school. While your in or before you start school, see if you can get a pre-hire agreement from one or more of the carriers. If you get the nod, you can start paying down your loan. If the carrier reimburses your schooling, let them pay for it.
