Now it's time to make a choice

Ok so i just got my license and now it's time to find a company. I have a suspension on my mvr from 3 years ago which has limited me to a few companies. so here are my choices, please tell me what you think. Thanks for all of your opinions good or bad.

Congrats on your CDL!!! I've been considering Ready myself they have a terminal close by-they sound decent start ya out at .35 only prob a have is taking my dog, no pets. but I have'nt heard or seen any negatives. Since I just got my cdl a little over a week ago don't have any first hand experience.
