I Live in Tampa and Need to know the BEST way to CDL

I Live in Tampa, FL and I am interested in getting a CDL. Eventually I would like to run regional and get home on weekends. Should I go to Roadmasters school? Can anyone advise me on the best way to do this?

Thank you guys for helping me out!

I haven't heard anything negative about Roadmasters. I'm not sure if there is anything else over there. I strongly recommend you getting your CDL on your own, so that you don't get stuck with a company that you will not like afterwards.

getting it on your own is the best way, in my opinion. check your local colleges and look into the state paying for it. they like to pay for education.

Don't know f you've goten your CDL yet or not, but I'm starting Roadmaster in 3 weeks. Should have done it 3 years ago when I went to C"L for their "free" training. Didn't get enough practice time (15 mi in 1.5h) and their "instructors were bad. GO to Roadmaster. It was rcommended then to me and still is.
