keep your options open. several more companies will talk to you before you graduate and they just might have something to offer you that is more of what you are looking for. USA is not bad from what i hear but more offers will follow. good luck.

You're asking for opinions, but really, there isn't enough info. I would say, just from my own experience, and if you're still relatively young, to take the dump truck job and get the schooling on the loan.
But, I have no idea what they are charging to go to a school to learn trucking versus committing to one year at a trucking company after getting your cdl through them.
I just think you'll make better money doing the dump truck job, your income will be better than going to school.
But, I'm in the ingorance zone when it comes to schooling for trucking. I haven't been in that market ever - I learned a rather hard and dangerous way how to drive trucks, and that was a long time ago - before CDL licences even existed.
I guess, really, I just wish you the best of luck and hope you find what you are looking for in the trucking profession. If you really like to drive over the open road, this profession should have quite the allure to you, at least in the beginning. Keep your options open, don't be close-minded and at least give a hard look at any offers that might come your way.
