| I started my career with PAM back in 2003 and stayed there for two years. You will find that others on this forum might speak negatively of the company, however I found them to be a good company who recognized my work ethic and thusly rewarded me. What a lot of people have problems with PAM about is their slow freight periods. During July and December and January, things slow down there. It sucks, and that was one of the contributing factors to my leaving. When I first started with the company, I only had me, myself, and I to worry about. Good thing since I was only making 24cpm back then. I believe they've raised that pay to either 29 or 30cpm. They're a good company to get your foot in the door with. Regardless of what company you choose, just remember that your attitude is critical. The more you get along, the better you'll get by. PAM recognizes that in people and treats them accordingly.
