Midsized Companies That Train?

Any suggestions on good mid sized companies that will train someone that has graduated from a school and has their cdl? Preferably in the Iowa and Nebraska area.

Define mid-sized?

50-200 trucks?

200-600 trucks?

600-1000 trucks?

Midsized Companies

Midsized to me is around 200 to 500. Not much more than that. I'm just curious if there are any because I really am not interested in the large companies that train. Especially after reading about most of them on this site.

I'm interested in answers to this question too, but for California. I had thought that a good midsized OTR company would be up to a couple thousand trucks. But, basically, I'm interested in having the full service dispatching capability of a 48 state OTR company without the depersonalized and bloated dispatching confusion of the largest companies.

If you are referring to a poster on another board, take those comments with a grain of salt.

The said poster is disgruntled and has been singing the doom and gloom song of Millis for awhile. None of which came true.
