In a few weeks, Freight will pick up and more companies will be more willing to hire. Just a bad time of year.

Well, I delivered that Truck tonight here in Penn. It ended up not being to bad to shift. I was all worked up for nunten. You need to Idle down a lot more than in a reg. Ten. I mean 800 to 900 before it will shift out smooth. and then Quickly pop it up to 1200 - 1250 and slide it in. That is when I dble down each time. I never used the switch because I was Bob Tail.

With the amount of inexperience driving these, I would say yes., go pick up your own. I am good at driving., but I would be the first to say that I don't have enough experience!. But then if all we took was experience, then trucking would come to an end someday as the experience dies off.
