| Most of the time no. If you are under the influence then yes you will lose it. But if it is a fender bender or something like that then no you won't. It also will depend on how many points you get on your license. |

| My employers required each driver to list all tickets received during the past year. Of course, that covers private vehicles as well as the employer's equipment. However, the employer does not take the driver's word for it. The employer is required to check each driver's record with the DMV annually. Any state issuing a ticket will report to the state that issued the driver's license. |

| I don't drink or anything but it did make me think of course the person that told me is one of those that always think they know everything. I have only had one accident and that was when I was rearend last year and no tickets either. Thanks Mtn. Momma. I like your smileys at the bottom of your reply.
