Merge License Endorsements

I just got my CDL, with HME/Tanker. Here in Texas I can get my Triples/Doubles fairly easy, but I am not sure if I want to get them.....

Any suggestions on this? I have all endorsements except Trips/Doubs, Pass, and Bus. I don't plan to drive a bus, and don't really see the point in it...

The more the better

The more endorsements you have the better. You will be more valuable and versatile to a potential employer if you have your hazmat, tanker, and doubles and triples endorsements.

Wether you ever use these endorsements or not at least you will be more qualified than an individual that has opted not to upgrade his license.

what he said with this added you have 2 truck drivers with 10 years experience 1 million miles clean records 1 has his cdl with hazmat only because the company he worked for required it, the other has his cdl with all endorsements even though he wont need any thing other than a base cdl which one would you go for. personally the driver with all endorsements is more appealing because it LOOKS like he cares more now his last job may have required all of them but even so it LOOKS better. just like harvard looks better than joe blows collage down the street.

I am interested in the bus endorsement for my future. It seems like something I might be able to do in another country fairly easily, but I may be dreaming...

Australia comes to mind, especially since they speak a language similar to ours

The normal endorsements are Air Brakes, Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples, and Passenger. I recommend getiing them all as you will have a "full boat" and will be qualified to drive anything.

Some states require a motorcycle endorsement to ride 1 of those but you will not need that for a cmv.
