Cummins ICON system

Does anybody know how to bypass the system, ie;let the truck run untill you shut it off?

I've heard many drivers say to set the trailer brakes and not the tractor brakes. Hard to turn off a truck that isn't parked, eh?

Edit: I do nothing like this, my truck will run all night long if I bump up the cruise.

Just set your cruise control to a fast idle and it should stay runnin as long as you want. I would not suggest just using the trailer brake thing, unlees you pull the same trl all the time, do the maintence on it youself, and know how good of shape it's in!!! I hope this answers your question and helps you out.
