I know the owner of T/A and he is alright (Johnny). He is all about the money though. I sat through their orientation class when some personal issues took priority and I put driving on hold. While there, I met some of the drivers and they seemed to like the company, but the lady running the lease program was clueless. Good open door policy...at least they claim that. Mostly midwest and eastcoast runs. Good luck.

I would like to thank you both, I decide to go with TransAm Trucking, just finish my three day of orientation. The instructors have been great, striahgt forward no chaser, if you know what I mean. The atmosphere is great here in Rocky Mount, NC. I'm waiting to get with a trainer or coach as they say. I must say to all the newbies who are just starting, lets represent for the professional truck drivers that pave the way for us rookies, I have much respect for all veteran drivers past and present, Thank You and God Bless to all!!!!!!!!! BE SAFE OUT THERE
