Which Starter Companies Hire Longhairs?

It seems more often than not that when a company lists its dress code as "Being neat in appearance", what that actually means is, "As long as you shower once every couple of weeks, or three (whether you need it, or not) and some of our customers can accurately guess the original color of your clothing, you are good to go, unless we think, or we think our customers think you need a haircut." Which companies actually mean that "Being neat in appearance" is exactly that and nothing more?

Some people have posted that their employee manuals specify hair length for men. There are certainly plenty of long-haired truck drivers out there. My ex has really long hair and had no problem getting hired.
