Swift Workwell Screening San Antonio, TX

I am looking at Swift training in San Antonio, TX.
Has anyone taken the Swift Workwell Screening in San Antonio, TX?
I would like more information on what the Workwell Screening is like.

Lift this, pull that, push this other thing, now carry that over there, and last but not least step up onto this. Takes less then five minutes. Its really not hard but a lot of people get mentally psyiced over it for some reason.

During this your heart rate cant go over max heart beats per minute based on your age.

220-ageX.9= MHBM
220-36=184, 184X.9=165.6 so 166(in my case)

In all honesty anyone who cant pass it needs to take a step back and then a very honest look at their physical condition. Because when someone doesnt pass it there's a very good reason why regardless if they want to admit it or not. Be it smoking three packs a day, over weight, or existing injury, knee, back, elbow, wrist ect.
