Gunville trucking, what should I do now?

I graduated from truck driving school last month. I had several offers but I decided to go with a smaller outfit in niagara wi. When I talked to the recruiter on the phone he said it would be $350 wk in training pay and .34cpm after training.
I did the interview, went through orientation.I was then handed a piece of paper that said I am not being paid during training and the pay rate is 27 cpm.
Then they handed me a contract that said if they finish training me that I must stay a year or pay them 3000 dollars. I refused to sign and they said I could continue to train.
I have been train for a while now and they have tried to get me to sign a couple of times. A few otr drivers have told me that is their scam the sign 15 new drivers and only hire 5 drivers. So ten drivers owe them $3000 a month.
Then I got on the road this week for the first time on friday, been doing local spotter training. First off they hand us a load that is already late. The dispatcher then switched our load that had a 3pm delivery in hartford wi and it was already 11:30 am, this is a 3 1/2 hr trip. anyway we left we got about 2 hr. in and the dispatcher called. She wanted me to drive to MN after our delivery. Not a big deal except that it would have been a 14 hr drive for me and my trainer has a broken leg so he cannot drive. We did not have any clothes because this was a down and back trip. not to mention the trainer had been fired two weeks before because his truck was disgusting and has a thing for Porn. The truck was so bad the matress was thrown out and the truck was pressure washed INSIDE THE CAB.
The dispatcher then called to gave us our saturday load that delivered at 5pm. So we make our delivery head back to the shop. When we get there the trainer checked his mailbox for the paperwork on saturday's load. The dispatcher can't tell the difference between 0500 and 1700cst. I was to tired to drive much more so we called the boss he said deliver it when we can. the next morning we leave to pick up the load and another driver was there he had arrived at the shop to pick up his paperwork and discovered his 0500 appt. was actually at 1700.

What should I do now?

Curious... I graduated from Fox Valley last summer. One of the instructors there led me to believe Gunnville would hire me, after informing them I live in Manistee on the West side of Lake Michigan. After getting the run-around for a month or two, it seemed the only way they would hire me was if I moved up there, after telling them straight out I wouldn't. I can't tell you what to do my friend, but they seem a little shady. But... compared to whom...? Good luck!
