What to pack for first trip?

I am going to be driving for Maverick in the next few weeks. I have to go through their 6 weeks training first. I was wondering what I should bring with me to survive those 6 weeks i.e. clothes, food, hygeine, paperwork etc. Thanks for any advice.

They have free laundry in the yards. Most drivers get in on weekends so you will probably be in a motel room on the weekends, so I would pack light on clothes. They will give you a pair of work gloves and a few other things. Bring your shaving kit, and personal stuff, shower shoes etc. The yards have towels, but few have wash rags. Work boots and a pair of tennis shoes. Books or something to fill up your downtime. A small bag for dirty clothes and a small bag to take into the shower with your clean clothes and shaving gear in. Pair of coveralls would help keep your clothes clean. You can get a ride to wally world from the yard in one of the vans, so you can get what you need after you get there.

I still drive for them. I like them. Just pay attention to what they tell you.

Im getting ready to go to Watkins Shep in a few weeks and have spent a lot of time compialing a list. Ill be there for 4 weeks of class then they are going to work me home over a week or two to get the rest of my stuff. Here is my total list. Not all needed for class but in the end I think its a good list. Copy and print. My wife has a dupe list so she knows what I have and need.

2 X tooth brush, Tooth paste, Ambisol (the best for burns), TP, Imodium ad, Finger nail clippers, Q-Tips, Neosporin, First aid kit, Excederin, Moist eye drops, Razor&blades, Utility Gloves, TylonalPM, Cough Drops, Hand Mirror, Tablests of paper, stamps, Baking soda (great for heartburn), Sharpie, Bluetip matches, old news paper, Shampoo, shop towels, pkg lighters, small and big flash lights, ice pack (break and cold type), Heat pack (break and hot type), Batteries (assorted), Fan/Heater, soap, Detergent, GoJo, Lotaion, Calculator, Pocket knife, Tool kit, shower shoes, Tooth Repair kit (any drug store and there worth gold if you need it), Voice recorder, 3X pairs sunglasses, address book, sheet heavy sand paper, phone charger, Magnet wand, Beano, Supper Glue, Envelopes, Shop Towels, Funnel, Lg Ziplock bags, Extra Guitar strings

You get the point. All this stuff is pretty small and easy to store. Long horns can add to this.
