Which Starter Company?

I just want the name of the companies that hire fresh out of school cdl drivers. I live in Chicago, Il and all of the companies want 1 year exp. and they say I will have to go to a large OTR company to get exp.

Also there are a couple of coal and grain companies that will hire recent grads to drive hoppers, and tri-axle trucks locally (central IL). Would a job like this provide for acceptable experience in future jobs?

We are a flat that runs chicago a lot. We have a yard in Gary IN. Try maverick they hire new drivers and most get home on weekends.

Roehl has a terminal in Gary, and is based out of Marshfield, WI. I got my CDL there. Not probably a long term choice, but a good "starter company".
