Roehl Hiring Area

I am interested in applying at Roehl, but they are not hiring drivers in my zip code. But they are hiring from a zip code 15 minutes away from me. Is that 15 minutes a big deal? Is there any way I can get around this? Thanks

You can try. Fill out an app. online and talk to a recruter. But they seem to be pretty set on there zip codes. I just got hired by them and the only thing in my zip was flatbed or refrigerated. Yet the zip only 10 miles from me had everything including van, hometime plus and regional. Recruiter tried to get me van but it looks like I am stuck with refrige. Good Luck!

Well Jason:
Never knowing what is going to happen it the future I always consider the truth to be the best way to go in life. I tell the truth and expect to be told the truth. Although according to this and other forums that is not always going to happen in this business. I have always been told being untruthful is like stealing because you are stealing the truth. Morals aside.......You are hired by the address on your license. I would hate for a really good position to come along (maybe with the same company) and be in the wrong zip code for that. I really don't want to have my legal residence to be somewhere I don't live and if at anytime a company is looking to let you go because your dispatcher just doesn't like you, they can always use it to let you go at anytime because you lied on your application. It's just way to easy to find out and prove your true residence if they really want to.
