| Okay, will it help when you are introduced to your 'mentor', what you expect from him, and then ask what he expects from you? I mean you are teamed up with this guy/gal to get TRAINING, not to be a 'team' just to haul 3000 miles a week. I mean, if you don't have a clue what exits to take, etc., whos tail is on the line for being late?? I would expect that you are out with a trainer to get training. If i'm not getting it, i'll be on the phone first think in the morning with my DM saying "i am here for training, not team driving"....what do you think he will say...other than laugh at me.  |
