DUI Age Restrictions?

Hey all, quick question about DUIs... I have 2 on my regular class C DL. One is almost 9 years old, and the other is almost 6. Are there any companies out there that would consider me with 2 being this old? I don't yet have a CDL but really want to go through training and get out on the road. I was almost through the CR England training program (1 day to CDL exam which I would have passed with flying colors) when I was let go by their safety dept... They said if I have more than one that the first had to be over 10 years old.. Anybody know of anybody else with a more lax policy? Any help would be great!!! thanks guys and gals
