Schneinder Question ???

First some background information:

I live in northern Illinois, 50 years old, new to trucking and plain on going to Schneider for training and first job.

What’s important to me?

Having a good rookie year and experience as I start my new career.

Question:

Should I select the Bulk or Van division?

Are their other decisions that I will have to make, that will effect my first year with Schneider?
