When do you call the Recruiter/Hiring Department? I'm not a brand newbie, but I'm still a newbie. I've been with my currently company 13 months, and my co-driver and I are both considering looking elsewhere for work. We have questions that we're not finding answers to online. At what point should we call? There are a couple local places in town that offer team positions that we're interested in, but can't find details online anywhere. We can make up the list of questions to ask, but at what point is it appropriate to call? We both hate cold calls, although that's how we got the current job we have. There's another place we're interested in, but they keep mentioning appearance guidelines without specifying what they are. We suspect e wouldn't qualify, but it would be nice to call and ask.

Honestly... I can't see why you're hesitant to call. If they're looking for drivers, they'll want to talk to you. I can't think of a down side to expressing an interest.

There are some places that will not talk to you at all, unless you are reffered by another driver, this is not the norm. though. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Call or stop in, the worst that could happen is, nothing. Down the rabbit hole.
