| I would suggest the unlimited plan from Verizon for $99.00. I have had $800.00 bills. I was booking loads and calling a lot of brokers at the time. I think it's good deal. I found that Verizon gave me the best service. I wish they had this years ago. They way I see things is, I would rather have 10 of one thing and not need any, then to need one and not have any. Overkill.

| I did the 1200 minute plan and only used 200 minutes all month, my daughter, also on the plan, well... she used 1400 by herself... LOL swapped to a 129.00 a month plan, unlimited minutes, no long distance fees. 1400 a month??? holy cow didn't mamma ever send her to bed??? |

| I am the only person on the Verizon plan and am not a big phone user. It would be used to call home daily, phone shipppers and dispatch when needed. I appreciate all of the information. |

| As sombody said it all depends on how much you plan on talking on the phone??? Do you know a lot of people? Do you have a wife? kids? ext.. that will want to talk with you?? Yes the unlimited everything phone/Internet/text ext.. is a great deal for talkers who are on the phone all the time... (ME) $99 is a great deal.. If your kind of a loner and don't talk to anybody much, you just plan on using the phone for work talking to dispatcher then 500-700 minutes is plenty.. I have been with Sprint for many years ( read my experience with them down in the cell phone section of the forum) So, by all means I am not suggesting to go with them but they do have a plan that I did have that was pretty cool. 500 minutes with free incoming calls (no mater what time of day) and free night (9pm) and weekends. I would call people and tell them to call me right back using only a minute.. Then I could talk long as I wanted anytime of the day to them (long as they called me.) So, it all depends really on you and what type of person you are, far as talking on the phone and needing to stay in touch with people.. Family? 500-700 noway would that be enough. if you want to talk a lot and can't afford $99 then check out that plan I told you about and see if they still have it.. It was around $55.. |
