company policy??

i have a friend that is at tmc for orientation and he said they will make you pay the insurance deductible if you wreck there truck and you are responsible for the mess clean up..just wanted to know if this is the norm for all company's or just tmc??????????

Sounds like a scare tactic. Why not make the guy pay the premium, buy the fuel and date the bosses ugly sister?
