| fixing dog-tracking trailers It seems like Ive pulled every old trailer in our fleet for the past month. It seems they all like to dog track to the left(if sitting n the seat). I even had one pull perfect empty, but start dog tracking after it was loaded. My question: Is there any creative way to fix or lessen dog tracking? Maybe backing up while jacking it whichever way and hitting the trolley valve? IDK but Im having to ride the right solid line just to keep my trailer centered in the lane. |

Not really. The trailer need to have the parallelism set on the trailer. Basically it need an alignment. Alan |

| If you look under the tandem assembly of a trailer you'll see a device resembling a tie rod or a drag link. On the other side in the same place there is a stationary rod, so only one side is adjustable. It's just like an alignment on your car. Just loosen the sleeve, crank it with a wrench and retighten it. Each axle has one of these.
