New OTR Driver

Looks like I just might be joining with Watkins-Shepard as my first company. Yes....it's OTR. Although they DO NOT give much info on their website, two (always friendly) recruiters seemed to be pretty cool and honest (I use the word "honest" loosely). Anyhow, can any of you veterans out there give me a list of things to ask them before I commit? Also what should I take along with me for 21 days out? All suggestions would be appreciated. Earlier this week I saw a thread on here that spoke about "interviewing the interviewer" ....or something to that effect. I can no longer find it.
HELP!!!

that is, beyond doubt, the MOST important question anybody can ask a recruiter.

or what i did, I was talking by phone and emailing a Swift recruiter. There was a question that came up regarding my driving record. He actually emailed me a copy, i sent him an email back after I figured it out. He return emailed back saying 'this is okay, our policy is this, and you will be fine'. <<PRINT>> That was the next thing i did, was print that out. It has his mailing address for Swift and all his contact info at the bottom, so it is pretty much like his signature. So if i get thru their $3900 class, then say "ooops we got a problem on your driving record"....i can whip out the 'get out of jail free' card on them.
