Well, poopies. Barely out of the chute and already burned to the waterline. I'm between 35 and 55, not feeding any addictions, OVER 6 feet tall, and .. well, over 200 by a bit, too. Gonna stay that way, I'm afraid.

I am SO burned. Country "Music". I will admit it's better than Rap.. but a 3-year-old banging on the pots and pans is better than rap.

Fortunately, I AM tolerant of wrongheaded opinions and people who think they are funny.

And I can compromise with anybody so long as they do it my way.

    Sex? what's that?

Haven't run over a moron yet.

You left off the long hair and beard, clean nails, and no braces

Depending on how much you stole a company might be willing to give you a chance.. I do believe in redemption, but it will depend on what you did wrong...

Felony convictions are being considered not so bad anymore plus the fed agenncy over ddiscrimination has said employyers cannnot hhave a policy of not hiring anyone with a felony without consideration. Most have gone to 7 years or considering if its non violent non drug.

Oilfield jobs are a plenty with felonies. Seems some companies require a felony lol

You're fine. Read it clearly. Read it out loud. Was your fraud charge less than 5 years ago? If you were convicted of fraud more than 5 years ago you should be good to get a hazmat. I personally know a guy who did time in prison for a gun charge and he has his Hazmat. He waited 6 years after his conviction to apply for it and he got it.

Not so bad?? I would imagine there are jobs out there for felons, pending what the felony was actually for. I would think if a felon could get hired it would be for the bottom of the barrel wages and with a not so nice company.

What companies are hiring felons? Im not one to stereotype as I know people can and do change but I would be reluctant to work with a felon.

I just read over the TSA hazmat threat assesment program and it was 7 years. So to get your hazmat in january 2014 your felony cannot be within 7 years or january 2007. If the felony was more than 7 but you did not get out of prison or end your probation within 5 years you cannot get a hazmat

You got that right, every day I drive by a company just like that.
Years ago in my need to get that all important 2 years of experience I BRIEFLY drove for them.
We've all heard the saying about "screw your mom to make a buck"............ this joint was a whole lot worse.
The owner would screw himself to make a buck if it were possible. Screwing drivers out of their pay was all in a days work.
And with hiring those that couldn't get a job else where he knew he could get away with it.
