| Roadmedic, I'd heard that was the source of that ruling. Of course, the book also says that if you are involved in emergency services, theHOS doesn't apply to you. Not that I'm likely to throw a hissyfit at some DOT officer on those grounds. I'd just call my boss who can call DOTs boss,and we'll all be happy. And I'll get a nap
