in case of fire?

Something I've wondered about,I know you can buy smoke alarms and carbon monoxide but are there any escape hatches in truck sleepers in case one wakes up and finds out the truck is on fire??

Some trucks have small doors in the sleeper, but most of the aerodynamic models don't.

Unless it is a customized sleeper there will be no additional exit from the vehicle other than the front doors.
