Help 2 No Parking?

OK, here is one I have never seen before. Today while driving in the city I saw a Swift truck driving down the road and on his passenger side window someone had written NO PARKING in a white grease pencil. Does anyone know what this was about? Thanks

Maybe they parked where they were not supposed to and someone wanted to get the message across to them?

Same here.. I do remember once when I first went to the Phoenix terminal, was running short on hrs, tired the whole 9 yrs.. Well parked at the fling hook just up the street from the terminal. There was no parking available so I just parked in the fire lane. Woke up with a sticker on the door, Move it or it gets towed in 1 hr...
