USA On the Road Again?

I am a CDL driver with all the endorsements, except HazMat. I have a clean MVR with NO tickets or accidents or felonies! But I have been off the road for about 4 1/2 years. What would it take to get behind the wheel again as an OTR driver? Is there any companies out there that will pay for a refresher course, if necessary?

Your either gonna have to pay for a refresher course on your own, or go to a larger company that will send you out with a mentor/trainer for a while.
