| 1. Be born into a NASCAR family  2. Marry into a NASCAR family  3. Have your daughter or son marry into a NASCAR family  4. Get really, really, really lucky! As in someone you deliver to over time becomes your friend and they just happen to know someone who knows someone who heard about the possibility of needing a fill in driver while Joe's out sick  . And suddenly your in the right place at the right time.
