SWIFT background check

O.k. So Here's the deal. The swift recruiter contacted me after they got my license info and did a background check on me back in 2005 when I was driving from Camp Lejeune,NC I got 4 different charges for having my break light out after getting pulled over.I only got convicted of one for a $25 court fine for driving without any insurance, the rest were dismissed. Will SWIFT not hire me because of that conviction?

I can't answer that question.

But I can state, if they won't. You're better off for it. ANY company that fails to hire you on that information...isn't worth working for.

When I talked to my recruited I had 2 tickets from back in 2003, he pretty much told me if its not a felony, and I didnt kill someone or have a DUI, not to worry about it.
