Question

Well im asking this for my cousin sense he has no computer. Me and him are looking to start team driving if possible but he is having a hard time getting hired on the companys I applied with. They are rejecting him because he has 2 speeding tickets with in a 3 year period. One for 18 over and one for 15 over. All the " decent" training companys wont hire him. But I dont think anyone would. Would Swift or Werner take him on with his MVR?? Is it worth a shot to even apply to those. I know Swift or Werner isnt a " good " company but they all have flaws right? Think swift would be good enough to hang in there for 1 year and move on when his MVR is a little cleaner??? Need you guys advice please. THANK YOU !!

Just start applying to all of them, you never know which one will hire you. Personally I would stay away from werner though. Also swift isnt that bad of a company, they are just like the rest of the big companies, sure they get a bad rap but with 18000 drivers theres bound to be some idiots.
